I really hate to give companies a negative review for their product when they tried so hard to make the consumer happy but my product that I purchased didn't hold a seal. I'm having to continue to use my old adapter. I will say that I received the product in a timely fashion and it was packaged very well! The small tunnel/hole in the adapter wasn't a tunnel like my old one. It is just a hole. Maybe that's the problem. I would've returned it but I had thrown my packaging away so I chocked it up to a $20 lose. This company does seem like a good, caring company though!
