Questions:

 Do I need a prescription for a machine?

 Yes, a prescription is required for any CPAP, BiPAP or oxygen machine purchase.

Can I get my product personalized?

- All customization options are located on the product page. 

How do I use discount codes?

- At checkout, there will be an option to place a discount code. Once entered and authorized, your discount will appear.

- Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am -7pm call our customer support line at 201-917-5844.

Please be aware emails can take 24-48 hrs for a response. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason please call us immediately at 855-664-6763. 

Once the order has a tracking number, the order cannot be cancelled.

Order cannot be canceled via email, chat or ticket.

 

Do I need a prescription to purchase some medical supplies?  

- It depends on the product. Some medical supplies require a prescription. If you need assistance please feel free to contact us and we will guide you through the process. 

 

Do you sell used or refurbished equipment? 

- Yes we do! We are aware that brand new equipment can be very costly and we do everything we can do offer more affordable alternatives. We offer slightly used, refurbished and demonstrated equipment at a discount. All previously used equipment goes through a vigorous recertification and cleaning process before being offered.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

- No, we do not. We ship throughout the US and Canada.

 

When will I receive my order? 

- Orders take one business day to process. All orders within the United States will take 5-7 business days to be delivered. All Canadian orders will take 7-16 days. More delivery details will be provided at checkout. 

 

Can I track my order?

- All tracking information will be provided via email address provided when submitting your order. This is why it is important for you to provide your email to us at checkout.

Returns 

My Medical Outlet will accept returns on most unopened products within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

We will not accept returns on any hygienic items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item MUST be in the original packaging.

A 20% returns processing fee as well as shipping cost will be subtracted from the original payment and a refund for the difference will be issued back to the payment method you used when placing your order.

My Medical outlet will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defect and send a replacement.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) are shipped out on the following business day excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST or during the weekend are shipped out the following Monday
  • You will be notified of your shipping status through email
    That is why it is important to provide us with an email address when checking out
  • Please note: Order processing may take up to a week on certain products 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

 

Please be aware that mask sizes vary, even between the different models by the same manufacturer. Just because you wear a medium mask in one model, do not assume you wear a medium in another. Check with us to be sure!

Can I return my product? 

- Customer satisfaction is always our goal. If you are unhappy with your order, please email us and we will be happy to help in any way we can. 

 

What is your return policy?

- You will have 30 days to return most new and unopened items with receipt and original packaging. If the return is for an error on our end (incorrect or defective product), we will also pay for the shipping costs. We do not accept returns on any hygienic products.
