Do you offer worldwide shipping?

- Yes we do! Worldwide shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.


When will I receive my order?

- It depends on where the order was placed. All orders within the United States will take 5-7 business days to be delivered. All overseas orders will take 7-16 days. More delivery details will be provided at checkout. 


Can I track my order?

- All tracking information will be provided via email. This is why it is important for you to provide your email to us at checkout.

- Customer satisfaction is always our goal. If you are unhappy with your order, please email us and we will be happy to help in any way we can. 


What is your return policy?

- You will have 30 days to return most new and unopened items with receipt and original packaging. If the return is for an error on our end (incorrect or defective product), we will also pay for the shipping costs. We do not accept returns on any hygienic products.

How do I use discount codes?

- At checkout, there will be an option to place a discount code. Once entered and authorized, your discount will appear.

Do I need a prescription to purchase some medical supplies?  

- It depends on the product. Some medical supplies require a prescription. If you need assistance please feel free to contact us and we will guide you through the process. 


Do you sell used or refurbished equipment? 

- Yes we do! We are aware that brand new equipment can be very costly and we do everything we can do offer more affordable alternatives. We offer slightly used, refurbished and demonstrated equipment at a discount. All previously used equipment goes through a vigorous recertification and cleaning process before being offered.
