The battery arrived quickly and was shipped in an extra sturdy box with a interior sleeve to hold the battery in place. I keep my spare battery in the box and the box in my carrying case, so I know it is protected.
Battery is easy to change quickly. Great design.
The description of the battery indicates the battery should last approximately 2 1/2 hours. I recently went out and the battery was charged at 100% with a setting of 2.
The battery only lasted 1 hour and 22 minutes. As you can well imagine, that’s barely enough time to do a chore or two.

with an additional battery, i can stay for entire service at church. these batteries only last 45 min. if i had extra 200$ I'd buy another battery! helps when I go somewhere I can't plug into wall. now i don't need to carry that extra cord.
The delivery was excellent. I had the incorrect address, they sorted it through email and got it to me within a day. The battery itself only lasts 1.25 hours at level 2. I have other batteries that last for over 2 hours. I was disappointed the battery won't hold a charge for longer.
