I appreciate the fact that your company provides a quality product that I could buy at a reasonable price and not have to rent one anymore. It should be paid for in six months for the cost of what it costs to rent
This is a quality unit, well made and very quiet. I have used this same brand/model for awhile, works great, easy to use right out of the box. Was previously paying a monthly fee to "rent" one through another company since my insurance wouldn't cover it. Made more sense to purchase one outright, great customer service, fast shipping, plus 3 year warranty coverage.
Took order over the phone was able to simply scan and e-mail the prescription in unit shipped the next day and got here across the country in two days.

Great experience working with this company. I ordered a 5-liter last week and ordered a 10 liter today. It was just as easy as the last time. Nick was great to work with. Fast shipping and everything came in a nice package. I will order from them again.
My first one I ordered arrived defective. The cooling fan did not work and over heated I called them right a way. They sent me a prepaid mailing label. I had it in UPS the next day, With zip code I followed it out to Staten Island, NY. When I saw it was delivered I emailed them. "Yep we have your new unit in the mail" 3 hours Later the replacement was on my porch. Great customer service!
Once it arrived it has worked perfect. Made life around comfortable.
My only complaint was the shipping, I felt like it took to long to get here. I understand we live in Alaska but UPS can get it here is by air. Didn’t understand why it wasn’t shipped air at the beginning.
Other than that I am pleased with machine.

We were very pleased with how well and simple the whole purchase went. Once they received a copy of the prescription, the DeVilbiss oxygen concentrator was on it's way. The product arrived in only a few days. The maker of the product packages them very well and it arrived in good condition considering it traveled clear across the country. After opening it up and going through the recommended checks we started it up and it ran flawlessly and quite quietly. We purchased this as an emergency back up for the rental that our insurance pays for, since it takes a bit of time for them to respond, and for vacation travel. We will be considering, My Medical Outlet, for any future needs.
It took over 10 days to deliver this. I had to send two emails and two phone calls before someone finally looked in the shipping area to see my package was not sent. Very disappointing on something that is so important to get right.
After making my initial order, Nick Grinberg recommended a different product than what I had ordered based on my needs. He ended up saving me almost $100 and I now have an even better product.

Very pleasant experience have had issues with local medical suppliers in our are and decided be more beneficial to purchase my Oxygen Concentrator than to rent called and questions were answered promptly then placed my order sent in Dr. Order and received my order in just a couple of days very thankful I made the decision to use this supplier very pleased with the service and the equipment Thank You.
