Did the setup and adjustments over 4 nights. Google assist was very helpful as I relayed specific challenges; such as - peak pressure too high, decreased it from 20 to 12. Inspiratory flow was inadequate and made the recommended change in ramp time. Each adjustment made a huge difference. Went from a 1-2 hour wear time to a 4-6 hr wear time. Still needs a little tweaking. The N30i nasal mask took some getting used to but I like it better as I changed the settings. Overall, a 3 1/2 - 4 stars.

It works well but doesn't start up as quickly as the 10 did and the water basket isn't as big. Honestly I thought the machine was going to be much smaller but it wasn't. But I do like that it has more information available.

The AirSense 11 is my first CPAP and I can honestly state that not only did it imrpove my evening, but it improved my wife's as well. No longer is she forced to deal with my snoring as she hasn't heard a peep out of me since I began using the machine. I also don't sleep with my mouth open any longer. I opted for the AirFit N30i pillow mask and love it. It allows me to sleep on my back, stomach or either side without affecting my breathing. The mask takes a bit of getting used to at first but hardly notice it's there after a few nights. The AirSense 11 is super quiet unless you take your mask off after it has been turned on. Otherwise, you don;t even know it's there. I highly recommend it and highly recommend getting it form mymedicaloutlet.com - I got it at around $800 with all the applicable discounts (everywhere else $1k plus). Friendly & helpful service as well.
