The external 90 Watt power supply is used with the ResMed Airsense10 and AirCurve 10 series of CPAP and bi-level machines. The universal power supply will automatically adapt to voltages in most countries worldwide. (A plug adapter may be required for use outside of North America.) It is the only power supply that should be used with ResMed's AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 sleep therapy devices. I was traveling when the power cord for my bi-pap machine died and my insurance said since my machine was over 5 yrs old I had to get a new one which would take time. Being able to get a replacement cord from My Medical Outlet and it being discounted due to being previously owned was a godsend. I'm able to still use my old machine while waiting for my new one.
I took my CPAP overseas to Wales with a converter plug. It fried the electrical the first night so I was stuck for two weeks without my machine. I ordered a used one online from your medical equipment company and it worked like a charm once we had returned to the States. Thanks again.
