To be honest, I haven't even taken it out of the package yet, I took it out of the shipping package but that's it? I put some gorilla tape around the one i was using and will until it pisses me off..Then I'll put the new one on that I had ordered from you guys.. Thanks for asking 😀
I bought this for my resident after his straps broke. I took a couple clips off of these straps and they fit his CPAP mask perfectly. He is much more comfortable and doesn't have tape holding his straps together. Thanks a bunch. Will order another one from here when he needs one.
I had a failure with the velcro glue attachment on one of the prevous headgear straps.
I found no warranty with Intermountain Home Health.
The new headgear is fine, so far.
My problem with the "Vitera" headset is keeping it on my face. Tight as can be, secondary strap on duty, the cushion lifts off my face and rumbles like a wind instrument.
Ideas?
Suggest you send your customers a “shipment” note when the item really ships! The USPS didn’t receive the item to be shipped until approx. 5 days later.
Not good for Customer expectations. I have to consider if I’m going to buy from you again.
