About the Mouth Tape

The CPAP Mouth Tape is a simple yet effective solution for promoting nasal breathing during sleep. By gently keeping the mouth closed, it encourages breathing through the nose, which helps filter and humidify air, reduce snoring, and improve overall oxygen exchange. This can lead to better, deeper sleep for both you and your partner.

Unlike bulky chinstraps, this mouth tape is comfortable and easy to use, helping to prevent dry mouth and improve sleep quality without the hassle. It’s an ideal alternative for those seeking a more natural, secure way to enhance their CPAP therapy or general sleep routine.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 5 reviews.

The mouth tapes work very well for me. They stay in place all night and are easy to remove in the morning. Nothing else I have tried comes close to the satisfaction I have had with your product.

I’ve been using these for awhile now. They really do the job well and work with my cpap. They are comfortable and stay on all night. I get the small/medium size. I cut them in half. Works great last twice as long.

It has kept me from having to use a cpap mask. I no longer suffer from waking-up with nausea and no snoring either. I feel like I have a more restful sleep.
