Cutimed Sorbact WCL is a one of a kind wound contact layer. Not only does it provide a non-adherent layer between the wound and a secondary absorbent dressing, but it is also impregnated with a non-chemical agent that irreversibly binds with wound bacteria in only 30 seconds. This reduces wound odor and wound pain by reducing the bacterial load. This promotes the natural wound healing process.
Cutimed Sorbact WCL is ideal for shallow wounds and under compression. It can be used on all types of contaminated, colonized or infected exudating wounds.
