How to Use

• Insert the ice cup holder into the top of the ice cup, gently pressing down to ensure a tight seal
• Fill the ice cup water
• Place in a freezer for 3-4 hours or until frozen solid
• Remove from the freezer and gently twist the ice holder section to expose the ice
• Using a circular motion, massage the affected area for up to 20 minutes
• Note: It is recommended that an absorbent towel be placed under the area to be treated

Care Instructions

• Rinse the ice cup massager with water and allow to air dry completely before storing it
